Terms of Service

Our mobile detailing services are available by appointment in San Diego County. Provide your contact information, vehicle year, make and model, selected service, and preferred date and time so we can review your request.

The website booking tool prepares a text message. Completing the tool or opening your messaging app does not submit or confirm an appointment: you must tap Send. A requested time is subject to availability, and the appointment and final pricing are confirmed by our reply. Please provide the service address when arranging your mobile appointment.

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or expect to be late, call or text (619) 981-1811 as soon as possible. A request to change an appointment is not confirmed until we reply; replacement dates and times depend on availability.

Weather, an unsuitable work location, or an unexpected scheduling issue may require a change to a mobile appointment. Any revised arrangements will be discussed directly with you. Ask about any appointment-specific cancellation or payment conditions before confirming your booking.

Displayed service prices are starting prices based on vehicle type. Final prices may vary with the vehicle’s size, condition, dirt buildup, and the work requested. An initial estimate based on your description may need to be reviewed after inspecting the vehicle.

Optional add-ons are additional to the selected detail. Any additional work and its price must be agreed with you before it is performed. Selecting an add-on or entering a special request does not automatically authorize extra work or fees.

The website booking tool does not take payments or collect payment-card details. Confirm the final total, accepted payment method, and payment arrangements directly with us when your appointment is confirmed. You are responsible for paying the amount agreed for the work performed.

Please describe your vehicle’s condition honestly, including heavy staining, pet hair, odors, spills, fragile or damaged trim, aftermarket materials, and any other concerns that may affect cleaning. Tell us about sensitive surfaces or known problems before work begins.

Remove personal belongings and valuables and make the vehicle accessible for the appointment. Confirm a suitable, permitted work location and any site access or utility requirements with us in advance. Cleaning methods and protective treatments depend on the vehicle’s materials and condition; some areas may not be suitable for a particular treatment.

Heavily stained upholstery, embedded dirt, extensive pet hair, or other unusually difficult conditions can require additional time and separately quoted work. Pet hair removal and carpet extraction / stain removal are optional add-ons, not an unlimited promise to resolve every condition within a standard detail.

Please mention these concerns when booking so we can discuss realistic options and any additional quote. We will confirm the scope and price with you rather than treating a special request as automatic approval for extra charges.

The selected service includes the work described for that service on our website, with treatments applied only where suitable. Detailing cleans and refreshes a vehicle; it is not a repair or a guarantee that the vehicle will look new.

Complete removal of every stain, odor, contaminant, or pet hair is not guaranteed. Permanent discoloration, old or deeply embedded stains, worn fabrics, scratches, paint etching, and existing damage may remain after cleaning. We avoid promising results that would require unsafe treatment or repair.

Clay bar decontamination is a separate paid add-on for Exterior Detail and Full Detail, not part of their standard service and not scratch removal or paint correction. Standard detailing does not include paint correction or a permanent, multi-year ceramic coating. Estimated service times are guides and may vary with condition and agreed work.

Discuss your priorities and expected results with us before the appointment. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly with the appointment details and a description of the issue so we can review it with you.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law. Any proposed resolution will depend on the specific service and circumstances; this page does not promise an automatic refund, repeat service, or a particular outcome.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Review them when making a new request, and ask us to clarify anything that is unclear before confirming your appointment.
